The Morrison Family

Mike and Sarah Morrison both have a shared loved for the outdoors and amazing adventures that it brings along with it.  Mike started his outdoor career as a landscaper working for his father.  In the year 2011, he became involved in Uwharrie training under Scott Fields.  Since then, his love for the outdoors has grown tremendously.  Sarah was an EC teacher for 12 years working at a public separate school setting.  As their boys became older Sarah enjoyed heading up to Uwharrie with Mike and experiencing the great outdoors as a family.  During this time Mike traveled a lot leaving Sarah and the boys behind for extended trips. He did not like leaving his family behind and they missed him greatly when he was gone.  As a family they decided to make a life change where they could travel and enjoy outdoor adventures together. They also have a Labrador retriever, Loki, that enjoys being with them on all of their adventures. Mike and Sarah now homeschool their two boys while living/traveling in a travel trailer.  Realizing how the outdoors had brought them closer together led them to the decision to start Morrison’s Outdoor Adventures. Their goal is to not only create amazing outdoor experiences but also to educate and empower others for future outdoor adventures.

Our mission: To reconnect individuals, families and groups through the outdoors!
