Join Us for an Off-Road Adventure in Kentucky!

Spend the day exploring Kentucky’s scenic trails, including sections of the Daniel Boone Backcountry Byway and the Kentucky Adventure Trail, in your 4-wheel drive, low-range capable vehicle. This unique event blends a guided trail ride with hands-on instruction to enhance your off-road driving skills.

Leading the ride is Mike, a certified I4WDTA (International Four Wheel Drive Trainers’ Association) instructor, who will provide guidance throughout the day. He will offer real-time instruction, assist with spotting, and provide recovery training when needed. Mike will also work with each driver individually to correct mistakes and improve technique.

Event Details:

📍 Meeting Location: Callies Lake and Campground
🕘 Start Time: 9:00 a.m. – Driver’s briefing before hitting the trails
⏳ End Time: When we finish the trails 😊

What to Bring:

• A fully fueled vehicle
• Food and drinks for the day (no alcohol)
• Do not air down your tires before arrival—we’ll do that once off pavement
• We will provide radios for every vehicle so all drivers can hear instructions

If you’d like to camp on Wednesday and/or Thursday night, please contact Callies Lake and Campground directly to arrange your stay.

Cost & Registration:

💰 $175 per vehicle (Limited spots available!)
📧 Once registered, you’ll receive a detailed email the week before the event.

Vehicle Requirements:

✅ 4WD with low-range capability
✅ Rock sliders required

Cancellation Policy:

If you can’t make the ride, let us know as soon as possible. We will move you to another ride one time if space allows. Tickets are non-refundable.
